Punctuality

Each employee is expected to be on time each day, 8:30 A.M., and on time back to work each lunch period, which is 12 Noon to 2 P.M., with an hour for lunch. Work is technically over at 5:30 P.M., but be sure your important work for the day is done before you leave, including accurate timeslips for the day.

Notification of Absence

Unsatisfactory attendance, including reporting late or leavinging early, may be cause for disciplinary action including termination, it certainly will effect the quality of annual pay raises. If, for any reason, you cannot report to work on time, call (781) 631-0008 and speak with Bill as far in advance as possible. An employee who fails to call in the day of an absence or otherwise notify the company, and does not have an excuse for calling in late, may be subject to termination. In a company like Legend people must learn to be considerate and to treat others as they would like to be treated. Each individual is performing an important job here, unnotified absences, consistent tardiness and other kinds of untrustworthy behavior create confusion and an inconsistency in company performance that is harmful to us and to our clients.
